Dry herbs and spices are never the equal of fresh ones.
However, if your goal is to kill vampires instead of cooking a meal for people who don't mind having a breath that stinks, 3/4 teaspoon should do the trick.
Generally, these are all considered equivalent:
1 clove
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon garlic juice
a quarter of a cup
1 clove of garlic is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic is equivalent to one-half teaspoon of minced garlic. So, one-half teaspoon of (drained) jarred minced garlic is equivalent to a garlic clove. Here are some other useful conversions: 1 garlic bulb = about 10 cloves of garlic. 1 clove of garlic = 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 clove of garlic = 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of garlic flakes 1/4 teaspoon of granulated garlic 1/2 teaspoon of garlic juice
A teaspoon is thought to be the equivalent of 1 clove of garlic. With that in mind, 4 teaspoons would be equal 4 cloves of garlic. That said, garlic cloves most certainly vary in size so be mindful of this when making your conversion, and note that this ratio is not an exact science!
They are equal but fresh garick may be stronger dependingon variety.

If you want, you can add the liquid back after measuring, but the liquid (usually olive oil, or water) should probably be measured and accounted for in the recipe. Here are some other useful conversions:1 garlic bulb = about 10 cloves of garlic.1 clove of garlic = 1 teaspoon chopped garlic1 clove of garlic =1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder1/2 teaspoon of garlic flakes1/4 teaspoon of granulated garlic1/2 teaspoon of garlic juice
Using a shredder to mince garlic is rather dangerous to the fingers. Garlic cloves are too small and slippery to allow a secure grip against a shredder. It is much safer to use a chef's knife or a chopper to mince garlic.
1 clove = 1/2 tsp, so 3 cloves = 1 1/2 tsp
um, one ounce of minced garlic. (right...?)
it depends on the size of the head, some are 5 or 6 some a little more.
I'm certain that you meant clove of garlic and not "glove" of garlic. that being said a clove of garlic is an individual segment of the entire head of garlic, a medium size head of garlic usually contain around 14 to 18 cloves of garlic. garlic can be and most often is sold by the head or the cloves are sold in a container where they are preserved in some type of solution whether it be water or olive oil. it can also be sold in this same solution either diced or minced. these are often the best choice if you want lots of garlic quickly; as the gloves are already peeled for you. A small jar of garlic whether it be whole, minced or diced can be anywhere from 3-5 dollars.
one tea spoon
1/8 tsp garlic powder = 1 clove
