Aflac pays 2X as much in claims as in administrative costs.
No
I'm an Aflac agent and I LOVE the company. They are honest, quick to pay claims, and offer financial protection for many, many people.
AFLAC is a supplemental insurance that pays for certain events in your medical life. Call the representative.
AFLAC does not issue major medical policies. Most of the products that it sells are in the nature of policies that pay a fixed per diem amount for hospitalization, disability, or other covered occurrences. Therefore, assuming coverage applies, the amount that it will pay will be a function of the per diem benefit that you selected and paid for when applying.
Check your policy. It is usually a supplemental policy to your regular insurance.
The amount that one can get for a torn acl is not a set amount. It depends on the severity of the injury and the rate of pay before the injury.
The fair amount due for your injury. In a no fault or PIP state your coverage/policy pays you much eclipse the thresold before a settlement is available.
Yes they do pay you, only on the accident part, it's ok through workers comp too, they can't touch your pay. It is allowed...
No, not unless you deducted the cost of the insurance on your taxes.
Pay back whom? If you receive a settlement for an injury and you have medical bills you have to pay those bills related to the injury and it is a good idea to put any remaining funds leftover into a special account in case you get future bills for that injury. Many people go and buy a house or a car with the settlement money and then later on when they need the money to pay for injury care the money is gone and they are in real trouble. Medical insurance carriers will not pay for injury care when you have received a settlement to pay for that injury care. So be wise.
