The big question is WHY are you willing to blast glass beads or crushed glass into your pool? There are better and safer methods of removing mineral deposits.

∙ 15y agoThere are newer methods that don't damage tile. Glass beads are harder than the glaze on tile. A softer media works better. Beads were invented to prep surfaces for painting by pitting the surface. Cost is determined by degree of buildup and total area to be cleaned.
