If you do it yourself, not much. The gasket is cheap and at that point it's just your labor. Unfortunately, if you have the job done, most shops will factor in the risk that a few of the studs will break as they remove the manifold, meaning a whole lot of extra work. That could happen to YOU TOO, so be prepared to do a little extra work when studs, bolts and nuts sieze and break. It's more of a pain than any real expense. Just a few dollars for the gasket, but potential for a whole lot of pain.
