You just had an ignition switch replaced in 2004 Saturn Ion and it's not starting again when it's really cold can you replace the switch myself and where is the switch and how do you do it?
This is an on-going problem with Saturn ignitions.....The switch apprently has some internal grease that prevents the switch from making contact and starting the car (especially when it is cold).....You can replace the switch, but I have a better idea.....Spend the money you would have spent on a new switch by installing a remote starter.....should cost you about $300.00 installed.
