for the 4 cylinder or v6? automatic or manual? these can be important details.
I understand that the OEM warranty covers 4.6 hours of labor for "complete assembly with transfer of parts" but 10.4 hours for overhaul/rebuild including replace and install transaxle. this is for the manual transaxle for the 4cyl. total cost would be shop labor rate multiplied by time spent, plus applicable taxes or other costs. i am unsure whether this covers replacement of fluids, so it may depend on the dealership or garage.
