Muscular strength and endurance is measured by how much a person can do physically. Endurance can be measured by exercise such as running.
A sedentary lifestyle is one in which the person is not very active, doesn't exercise, and doesn't move around much.
Because an active, physically fit person gnerally has a heart that does not have to work as hard (slower) as someone who is not in as good a shape and the heart has to pump, or work, harder to get the blood circulating. probably thelungs are in much better shape in the physically fit person and since the lungs and the heart interact, the lungs help the heart not work as hard.Why_does_a_fit_persons_heart_beat_slower_than_an_unfit_persons_heart

Generally speaking a slow heart rate, also known as bradycardia, is only considered healthy in the young and physically fit. It is hard to answer your question without a full understanding of the demographics of your husband (i.e. what is his BMI, how old is he, how much cardio exercise he gets in a given week, and if he has any symptoms that would indicate heart problems). In older people and those who are not physically fit bradycardia can tend to indicate a problem with the conduction system of the heart. If you are still concerned you should discuss the matter with your doctor.
