VTEC doesn't produce a set horsepower. The question is too vague to answer completely, but US Civic EXes produce between 125 hp ('92-'05 EX) and 140 hp ('06-'09 EX).
Also, for future reference, the term is "VTEC" (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control). This might help searches in the future.
