I am your height and when I was 13, I think I weight about 135 lbs, but you can be as high as 160 lbs and carry it well because of your height. If you're overweight, it's a lot easier to do something about it now while you're young than waiting until you're older. It really does get harder to stay thin the older you get! Don't try to lose more than 2 lbs a week, and try to exercise and drink water to help you reach your goal. Honestly, at your age, if you are just more active and cut out the fast food, you'll be fine.
