New? I'm doubtful there is such a thing as "new" rebuilt perhaps.. it will run you about $1500.

If you can find an engine...I hear they are hard to come by and cost 3000 to 5000 plus install...that is rebuilt to new Chrysler has over priced parts

Disconnect the Negative(black) terminal from the battery for a minute then reconnetc. If this does not work, go to Autozone/Checkers/Pep Boys and plug in their code reader and clear the codes.
