dont over-do it, but about 45 minutes a day, if you are doing 15 minutes of slow walking, that is not enough, try for about 45-60 minutes a day, if you want to get fit, walk to the bus or school or go to the gym or play a afternoon sport or go for a bike ride or get an areobics DVD. anything that gets you moving, i find that if you want to watch tv and excersise, do sit-ups for the whole ad break, but build it up dont just do a whole ad break at first, do one ad, then two, then three so on.
I'm a twelve year old. I have been working out for about a month now. The routing that I do now is three sets of fifty reps of upright rows, three sets of fifty reps of biceps curls, twenty reps and two sets of ten reps of shoulder presses, three sets of fifty rep of crunches, three sets of ten reps of push-ups, and then I do it all over again. So here it is again: - 3 sets of 50 reps of upright rows. - 3 sets of 50 reps of biceps curls. - 20 reps and 2 sets of ten reps of shoulder presses. - 3 sets of 50 reps of crunches. - 3 sets of 10 reps of push-ups.
