Almost always leaking rear crankshaft seals are a result of worn crankshaft main bearings with too much clearance. Make it easy on yourself and pull the engine, turn it upside down, pull the oil pan, loosen the crankshaft, and put in a new set of main bearings, then replace the seal and put it all back together.
about 20 dollars do it yourself
I saw on eBay a transmission for around $600. I think it was OEM.

I have just bought one on Ebay for $75, there was 8 left in stock at the time.
Possible, but not likely. Make sure pulleys are straight and inline.
Could be burning it at such a slow rate not showing smoke Could be leaking on hot part of engine and burning off How much is it consuming?
how much is a replacement key for a Chrysler Town and Country cost.
Sadly, close to 300 dollars. According to the mechanics at my local shops "because of chrysler's configuration of the engine" In my opinion just do it yourself. Change the rotor in the distributer, the spark plugs, and all other things you see fit.
