It all depends on calories. Your body burns so many calories a day, eat less than that and you will lose weight. To find out how much you would lose in 1 week, first find out how many calories you burn each day by searching for a BMR calculator. Then find out how many caories the raisin bran, salads, and grilled chicken is. Subtract the two to find your calorie deficit for each day. Figure it out for the week. 3500 calories = 1 pound. For example, if you burn 14,000 calories in a week and consume 10,500 calories that week, you will lose 1 pound.
