There are original copies out there, so it isn't as rare as some items of memorabilia. And there were facsimile copies produced around 15 years ago (though the facsimiles were paperback, so no worries about confusing the two). Current market price for a copy in fair condition seems to be around the £40-£60 mark, one in mint condition might be a little higher, and a signed copy much higher.
