If you just replaced the clutch master cylinder on a Nissan 240sx then why won't it build up pressure?

The most likely case would be that air somehow got into the line. try bleeding the clutch fluid, while making sure that the level in the reservoir does not get low.

Would 1997 Nissan 240sx headlight's fit into a 1995 Nissan 240sx if not then what do i need to do to make them fit?

no it will not. To fit 97-98 headlights onto a 95-96 240sx you will need these 97-98 240sx parts: headlights hood front fenders front bumper front grill maybe the front bumper support

Why will the clutch not pump but will stay all the way up or down in a 1990 Nissan 240SX with manual transmission added clutch fluid?

I would suspect that the clutch slave cylinder is bad. Follow the line down from where you added fluid to find the slave cylinder. After replacing the slave unit you will need to bleed the system then it will work fine again. Mark

If you bought a 1989 Nissan 240sx with 140000 miles on it so it ran pretty good until the clutch went out now the parts and labor will cost you 500 will it be worth fixing a car this old?

I would say so - if the car runs well enough, $500 isn't a lot to fix a clutch either.

Who makes daihatsun?

Do you mean Daihatsu or Datsun? Daihatsu is made by Daihatsu. They have six factories. In fact, some Toyotas have actually been manufactured by Daihatsu. In 1999, Toyota gained a controlling, 51% interest in Daihatsu. Datsun is a brand used by Nissan. Between 1983 and 1986, Nissan transitioned vehicles using the Datsun brand over to using the Nissan brand. In 2001, however, the Datsun brand was used to market one particular pick-up truck, the D22, which was called the Nissan Frontier in North America. In 2012, Nissan announced that they would use the Datsun brand again starting in 2014 to sell a new low-cost product line.

Can the engine from a automatic Nissan Frontier fit in a standard Nissan Frontier?

yes but you would have to change the clutch
