Labor. Cost to replace ac com pressor in a 96. Cadillac debille
Not sure for just the water pump, but I just had the water pump and coolant crossover gaskets replaced and it was $1,100 at the dealership. Parts weren't bad - $300 or so, but it was ~7 hours in labor. Sounds like it is a beast to do yourself.
460.00 dollars
Volvo recommended interval is 105,000 miles. You also replace the tensioner and the idler pulley at this time. 96000 miles You might also consider replacing the water pump at this time, it's driven by the timing belt and requires very little more labor to replace while you have the timing belt off.

There are two engines for this vehicle. The 2.7L uses Gates belt T337, the replacement interval is 60,000 miles, also replace the tensioner, idler pulley and water pump while it is exposed. The new belt must be checked at 30,000 miles. Labor is aproximately 2.8 hours. The 3.3L uses a timing chain, there is no service interval, it is a lifetime part.
