Depends, if you have alot of body fat it will take longer to see the results because they will be hidden under the fat. If you are lifting heavy weights and do less reps, i belive it builds muscle and body mass quicker than doing less weight and more reps. simply because you are putting stress on the muscles and the muscles grow bigger to be able to cope with the stress. However it's advised you change your workout every 2 months, because when your muscles had fully adapted to the stress they will stop growing. 1-2 Months of heavy weight lifting and you should be able to see some nice results.
More often you workout - the bigger your muscles will be.
Going to the gym 7 days a week or 2 days a week, with the same workout, will produce the same results. BUT you will get to that result faster if you go to the gym 7 days a week, rather then 2.
Just remember that everyone's body responds differently to "stress" of any type of workout.
The more you workout the better you will understand what works best for you.

This is a slang expression that refers to body-building: it is speaking about doing exercises (called a "work-out") to build up your muscles, by lifting weights at the gym. If you have ever seen body-builders working out at the gym, they lift heavy barbells and other weighted objects, which eventually gives them bigger muscles.

There is no specific food that does that but if you gain weight it's possible the fat will go to your behind. It depends on your body type. If you want to make the muscles in the behind bigger there are exercises that can do that so consult a trainer at the gym.
