If the Shepherd is a male they will do it from the age of 5 - 10 Months of age, occasionally some females also bring their leg up but the males do it to further mark their territory.

Males lifting one of their hind legs to urinate is widely believed in the veterinary field to be a hormonal development. With that said males begin to go through "puberty" if you will at anywhere from 8 - 15 months. Once testosterone begins to be produced they will then begin to lift their legs to pee.
A well trained one can easily for up to seven hours.
Maybe if in a really humid environment, but generally German Shepherds are healthy... Some of its health problems develop due to old age...
In my experience, German shepherds have varying degrees of being affectionate. To their owners/family they can be very affectionate, caring, and gentle. To strangers or not close acquaintances, they can be standoffish and aloof. It depends greatly on that particular shepherds personality and the socialization they receive as they grow up.
No, it is not unhealthy. There are a lot of people that have older German Shepherds that are still 'virgins'.
No, not unless he or she was very old. German shepherds need a lot of exercise and I don't think that it would be possible for him to get enough at a place like that.
maybe maybe not but it depends on his leg strength
Go see a vet.
I personally think that any puppy at 2 months can be on a leash. As long as they can see and they walk without stumbling all the time it should be okay. Especially with German Shepherds, they are very good dogs. I have had them all my life and recently one was neglected right outside my house and she is a good dog. Well, she came to the right place!
He is probably still too young most male dogs don't raise their leg to pee until they are about a year or so old
A GSD can't have anything such as surgery due to the fact that it is genetic. Medicine to dull pain can be bought however.
depends on the age puppy 1-16lbs 6mos. old 45-65 full grown 110-135lbs all of my shepherds wieghs around the 110-150lbs range with big bones and all muscle they are all working shepherds.
This depends on the individual dog. Barking can start as young as 5 weeks, but some Shepherds are simply not vocal. Not barking is not a bad sign.
