Most turtles are ready around 4-9 years old
The turtle could be pink or green.
Well the turtles up for adoption are only boys. To get a girl turtle you need 25 pearls. Go to the specials section and buy it. To mate them you click on one of the turtles and then hit mate. You have a 50-50 chance on getting a pink or a green turtle from the egg. The green ones are more common.
Name of some of the rare turtles in the world are Yangtze giant soft-shell turtle and the Texas dino turtle. The Alligator Snapping Turtle and the Pink Belly Side Neck Turtle are other rare turtles.
no
The belly turns pink when the water and air temperatures are warmer.
No. Platypuses are not pink. They are dark brown, with a cream coloured belly.
Sorry to burst your bubble but no there isn't. Pink and blue turtles don't exist == Blue turtles do exist. The link posted below shows a photo of one.
You can only adopt male baby sea turtles and female squids, but if you want the female sea turtle you can buy it for 23 pearls or the male squid for 623 coins. Hope this helps! (Oh and if you were looking for more interesting colors, you can mate the male and female squids and possibly get a hot pink squid or golden, or if you mate the turtles you can get a gold one.)
It used to be 20 pearls, and it still says (costs pearls to mate) under the pink turtle's picture in the store, but when you click mate it now says 17 facebook dollars. I'm not sure which is accurate. 2/1/10 As Happy Aquarium has been updated, I believe they have changed prices for different things. I'm also not sure if the above has ever been accurate. To mate the Pink Turtle (female) with the Green Turtle (male), it costs 18 pearls or 15 Facebook Dollars (equivalent to approximately $1.50). To do this you must mate by clicking on the Pink female, because if you click on the Green male, it will say 13 coins (due to the strange hierarchy of the mating system). If eventually through mating, you get a Green Turtle (female), you can then mate the two green turtles together at 13 coins per mate. The reason why mating the Pink Turtle (female) to the Green Turtle (male) is so expensive is because it's possible to create different colored turtles (however I won't say which one's so that I don't spoil the surprise).
