Minimum wage is generally paid to people who do not have a specific skill or ability. If the 15 year old can do something for the employer that might be considered to be a skill that isn't common, he/she might be able to get more than minimum wage.

Any job that's not minimum wage. Look in your local classifieds for jobs that pay well that hire teens. However most minimum employers hire mostly teens due to the fact they want/need the money and don't really care how they get it. Also try googling local job salaries in your area.
