> You dont really have to be a certain age at all.
You already "have abs". Every human alive has abdominal muscles. The strength, condition and aestetic appearance of those abs can vary wildly though. I'm going to assume your primary concern is with the appearance of the abs, the idea of a "six pack". Any age can have a physically attractive midsection. Any age can have strong, mobile healthy abdominal muscles, too. However, just as easily, especially if you eat a standard American diet, those strong abdominal muscles can be hiding under body fat.
It only takes 1/8 of an inch of fat to hide the ridges in the muscles (which are in actuality tendinous intersections which allow proper flexion of the spine) which people generally refer to as a "six pack". So regardless of your age, if you have a moderate to high percentage of body fat, you could be hiding strong healthy abdominal muscles under there.
As is said commonly by personal trainers "Six packs are made in the kitchen."

"Abs" is an abbreviation for "abdominal muscles." Everybody has abs - if you didn't have them, all your intestines and internal organs would fall right out of your body and you'd die.
im 10 im getting to abs so no not yet or you go to a gym and work out all day that's my answer
yes. I'm not sure if the speed sensors for the ABS are located at the wheels or in the diff though. if they're at the wheels then you may be able to remove them from the old axle and attach them to the new, "non-ABS", axle and make it an ABS system.
