everything in this world is related to psychologist. The government were trying to make a stronger government but not to powerful they also wanted it to be ruled by the people and for the people. this is when psychologist gets in to it. They knew how was it to be ruled by one person was and that they didn't have no voice in that formed of government so they try to make a new form of government. as any other group they wanted to a have a leader but also wanna have other people doing functional task that way no one gets to powerful and everybody participates on it. they also put norms or rules on which how they think it should be ruled.
