Brothers and sisters should be amicable towards one another. They can both learn from one another and play with one another. Regardless of whether you believe in one particular moral authority or another, there is pretty much unanimous agreement that brothers and sisters should also support one another and help each other achieve their goals (provided that these are positive goals).
