Many students choose to get a job while they are enrolled in college. Some students find themselves needing to work to help pay for their college and living expenses. However, not all students can work and go to school at the same time, and still pass their classes. If you are currently in college and youre thinking about getting a job, their a few things that you should know before you begin your job search.
Review Your ScheduleTake a moment to review your daily schedule to determine how much time you can actually devote to a job. If your schedule is already hectic, and you have numerous personal obligations to attend to (e.g. family, church, social organizations, etc.), chances are you will not be able to hold down a job while you are enrolled in college. Keep in mind that if you do have a busy schedule, you can try to eliminate a few obligations before you begin working.
Find a Part-Time JobInstead of working full-time, perhaps you can locate a part-time job (less than 20 hours a week). Many employers offer part-time jobs for college students, such as fast food restaurants, retail stores and tutoring centers. You can also do other jobs like babysit kids, run errands for family and friends, mow lawns, or get a paper delivery route to bring in some extra money.
Apply for Financial AidIf you are unable to work while you attend college, consider applying for financial aid. Nearly all colleges and universities offer some type of financial aid for students who demonstrate a need for it. Financial aid comes in the form of federal grants, loans and scholarships. In addition, the financial aid program also offers a federal work-study program that pays students to work in an approved position either on or off campus. You can speak with a financial aid counselor at your school to learn about the application process. You may also visit the official FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) website for more information on your financial aid options. Simply go to www.fafsa.ed.gov, for more information about the federal financial aid program. Other Things to ConsiderIt is up to you whether you choose to work while you attend college. Keep in mind that it is important to keep a well-balanced schedule, so you will not fall behind on any of your obligations.
The Earth's diameter (the distance through the center) is 3.7 times the moon's diameter.
That means that the Earth has 13.5 times as much surface area as the moon has, and
49.4 times as much volume.
We also know that the Earth's mass is about 80 times the moon's mass.
Putting it the other way around:
Moon's diameter . . . 0.27 Earth's diameter
Moon's area. . . . . . . 0.074 Earth's area
Moon's volume. . . . . 0.0202 Earth's volume
Moon's mass . . . . . . 0.013 Earth's mass
Just for comparison, the Sun's diameter is about 400 times the moon's diameter,
and its volume is about 64 billion times the moon's volume.
It's about a quarter the radius of the Earth, and has 1/81 (1.23%) the Earth's mass.
Saturn - It is larger than both the earth and the moon
Yes the moon is big compared to the human, but small in comparison to the earth.
I dont think so; Earth would appear to be bigger from moon compared to what Moon appears to be from Earth The earth's diameter is 3.67 times the moon's diameter. As seen from the moon, the earth appears 3.67 times as large in the sky as the moon appears from earth.
There is in fact gravity on the moon, its just very small when compared to the Earth's. Flags don't blow on the moon because there is no wind on the moon.
A solar eclipse occurs when the moon is between the sun and the earth, and casts a shadow on the earth. The moon is small compared to the earth and the sun, so the shadow does not cover all of the earth.

The same as between the Moon and the Earth. The distance from the clouds to the surface of the Earth is insignificant, compared to the Moon-Earth distance. The same as between the Moon and the Earth. The length of the Moon's diameter is about 27% of the Earth's.
The moon is incredibly small as compared to any stars that can be seen in the sky, although because the moon is so close to Earth, it looks large.

The distance between two observers on Earth is fairly small (maximum about 12,000 km), compared to the distance from Earth to Moon (about 380,000 km on average).
The mass of the moon is about 1/80 that of Earth.
Objects fall faster to the earth, then compared to the moon, it is due to the different power of gravity on the the earth and moon.
