jack up car and place on jack stainds, remove rear tires on the back of the drum at the top will be a rubber plug, remove the plug, with a flash light look inside the hole, you will see a little gear, now all you need to do is rotate that gear to tighten/loosen your e-brake, to test it your e-brake handle should go almost all the way up but not all the way
