Push the cover back toward glass. Push in about 1 1/2" on each side of the edge facing you and it should release two plastic molded hooks. Lift up and pull forward to release the back slide in attachments. Entire assembly should now be out and you can remove the bulb socket to replace bulb.
To reinstall, slide assembly back molded hooks in first and push all the way back. May have to push on assembly edge closest to you to get the front two hooks to go into their retaining holes. Once assembly is flush with deck, pull the assembly forward, toward seat back, to make sure front hooks engage properly.
