Access can be gained inside the glove box. There is a panel in the back of the glove box that just snaps out. The filters then slide out and can be replaced.
Once you open that access panel there are two air filters in there that tend to catch some debris.
Slide the air filters out then replace them with you new ones. I've included a how to do all of this also,which includes a crazy amount of pine needles that come out with them.
