If the left turn is on, move the lever up and the right turn signal will go on. If the right is on, move lever down to get the left to signal.
This one is fun - (STEP1-)With a long screw driver, insert it into the small hole located between the headlight and turn signal and press the screwdriver towards the turn signal while pulling out the turn signal housing and it should slide right out(STEP2-)Turn the light about a 1/2 turn to the left and the wiring harness should come right out(STEP3-)Remove old bulb and replace with new... now just insert new bulb back into the housing, and then slide the housing back into the car. Make sure you line up the prong with the hole. And you should also hear a snap. If not, its not in right and it will fall out while driving...GOOD LUCK!
Flasher and fuse
pull the steering column off and I can't remember if it a pin or screwed in because it is also the turn signals. and replace the stalk.
have you checked your fuses?
Perhaps you need to check a fuse.
Turn signals are mounted on a Chevy Cavalier just like a regular head lamp is. The difference between the units is the bulbs are smaller. Open the hood and find the lamp brackets. Unplug the old brackets and connect the new bulbs.
check all your bulbs and fuses

Check the turn signal flasher. It should be mounted under the dash either near or in the fuse panel box.
you spelled mack wrong...its mac
changing the spark plug wires would not affect the turn signals, unless of couse u accidently unpluged the bulb with out knowing it, cheak the bulbs and plugs to make sure.
Turn signals do not have or use a solenoid.
Probably turn signal flasher is bad
No, they do not have traditional turn signals but have flashing lights.
A common problem.I hope you mean lights on the dash & no signals outside the car.Simple blown bulb or bulb not making contact inside the socket.I've done this on many of my cars.
Check the fuses or change the bulbs.
turn on your turning signals!
Go in the trunk and pull back the side pannel of the trunk and turn the bulb until it comes out and change it and turn the new bulb back in place.
