AutoZone loans the tester. Pick that up. If you look at the fuel rail right next to the throttle body you'll see the test port. It may have a cap on it. It looks similar to a short valve stem on a tire. Remove the cap. Install the tester before starting the car. Now.....turn on the key but don't start the car. Check the pressure reading. Should be upper 40s to lower 50s. Start the car. The pressure should drop 5-10 psi. Keep in mind there are several things that will affect fuel pressure. Fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump. Even a pinched line.
