Any oil burning will result in "blue" smoke. If you have blue smoke coming out of your exhaust, you definitely have an engine problem
NO
sounds like you have head gasket problem if the exhaust smoke is white in colour then its engine coolant if its blue smoke then its burning oil you will need to get the engine pressure tested at a garage.
blue smoke is normally related to fuel problem. there is so many things that could cause this that it is best to have it checked by a technician that you trust.
if you have blue smoke coming into the exhaust that means your piston rings are bad and are letting oil into your combustion chamber and then causing the oil to be burned with your air fuel mixture and that's why your exhaust is blue from having that burnt oil dumped out of the exhaust valve and out the exhaust
You are burning oil. (most likely due to worn rings)
Any smoke ( blue ) coming out the exhaust ?
If your engine is blowing blue smoke your engine is burning oil.If the smoke is present on acceleration, the piston rings are bad.If smoke is present on deceleration, then the valve guide seals are bad.
that;s ticky Boo, if black or blue smoke not ok that is condensation that accumulated in the exhaust system evaporating
Mine has smoke and oil coming out..! I did add 1/2 a bottle of redX and a bottle of STOP SMOKE so I'm hoping its sometyhing to do with that. Theres a big puddle of oil just below the exhaust now. Was hoping to sell but how do i explain that on eBay!!!!!!!
is there blue smoke coming out of your exhaust? if there is then there is probably oil leaking into the cylinders.
Black smoke is a sign of an overly rich fuel/air mixture, unlike blue smoke which is a sign of oil burning. Seek professional help.
