You might check real good. If you use a solar blanket when the little bubbles on it start to decay it will leave what looks like silver bugs in your pool!
Try a product called No More Bugs (Lo-Chlor)
Black spots are caused by what is known as "cobalting". If the pool really is "new", you were taken. You should contact an attorney and demand a refund, removal of the pool, and compensatory damages. A "new" pool falls under the category of implied warranty (any product less than one year of age). I would suggest you move quickly, the longer you delay, the more credibility will be given to the seller and his claims that you caused the damage because of improper chemical usage.
Algeacide works the best. Try Bioguard Back Up.

If they are small black spots on the cat's chin, it could be acne. If this is the case, and your cats eats out of plastic bowls, change over to glass, ceramic or metal.

The black spots left from chicken pox is called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and will go away on its own in a few weeks to some months. If the spots don't fade, medical treatment such as steroid creams can help to rid them.
Most commercial cleaners will not effectively remove water spots. If the item really is glass, use white vinegar to wipe the spots off. This should dissolve the water spots quite effectively. Simply apply with a soft cloth straight from the bottle. Rinse with plain water.
You mean blackheads? not sure..There are some face washes for getting rid of them...
Some spots on glass shower doors are caused by etching of the glass by cleaning chemicals such as soap. Soap is alkaline and can therefore etch or "eat into" glass. Some spots are a buildup of lime. For these a wash down with vinegar can sometimes help. There are some products available to coat glass to reduce spot maks and etching. Some are designed for use before the spotting has ocurred to ptotect the glass, and others to fill in the rough patches. To help prevent the spotting of glass, use a squeegee (with a rubber blade like a window wiper) to remove water drops from glass after showering. This removes the water and soap so that the glass is not exposed to the alkaline action for too long in one location. Steel wool. #0000 super fine. If that doesn't do it, and if you can't live with it, replace the glass.
White vinegar will dissolve most water spots and leave glass extremely shiny. Very stubborn marks may be calcium deposits or etches on the surface of the glass. CLR will remove the calcium, and if the scratches are not too severe, rubbing with a paste made of baking soda and water will polish them off.
That depends on what the black spots are.
Rub cut raw potato slices over it.
Use a rubbing compound. This requires a lot of elbow grease or an orbital polisher.
