Omega 3s from eating salmon and mackerel will help make your hair healthier. Greek yogurt has B5 which is also helpful. Spinach and kale have vitamins A and C which help keep your hair from being brittle.

When your washing your hair with shampoo, massage your scalp. It does something to make your hair grow faster and longer. Also put your head upside down for a few minutes. Probably about 3-4 it makes the blood go up to your head then makes your hair grow.

Easy there are 3 ways!

1.Wash & dry your hair every 2 days.

2.Wash it daily & straighten it flat.

3.Or just leave it for 5 days before you wash it & it should be abit long

It depends on what hair type you have...but the basics are:

*shampoo and always condition after (go for the more all natural products ojon ,carols daughter, Jonathan product, phyto,etc

* always keep hair moisturized especially if its dry a lot

* keep ends trimmed like every 2 months

* try to protective style your hair ex. (up dos braids buns or ponys (no tight 1s)

* wrap your hair at night with silk or satin scarf so your cotton pillow cases wont break your hair or cause split ends

* use wooden brushes and combs (wide tooths are good) don't use it harshly on your hair

* use leave in conditioners everyday or oil the scalp unless you have oily hair

* if you have straight hair wash every other day if you have coily hair every week in the summer and every 2 weeks in the winter if you have curly hair maybe every 3-4 days

* eat healthy

* try not to be stressed

* exercise

* don't over process your hair (blow dryers, flat irons, relaxers, perms, color,highlights,etc)

* deep conditioners and hot oil treatments every month may help

* if you ever go swimming ALWAYS WASH YOUR HAIR AND CONDITION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THE CHEMICALS OR SALT IN THE WATER WILL DRY YOUR HAIR OUT RINSING IT WITH WATER DOES NOT HELP!
