No it has electric power steering.
A 1990 Nissan pickup truck has power steering. If the truck is displaying symptoms of not having power steering check the fluid levels and pump itself.

93 Nissan 300ZX P. Steering/odometerThe odometer stopped but the speedometer still works? I have to belive these are two different problems. There just shouldn't be any connection between the two. Treat it as such. Look at the power steering first. Is the belt intact and tight? Fluid full? Digital readout on odometer or mechanical? If mechanical, and the speedometer still works, then it is just the odometer that's bad. Direct connection speedometer to odometer, with no connection to the power steering as far as I know, and no reason for there to be. Even if digital, the power steering is simply a pump and some hoses with no need for anything electrical. There is no reason for the two to be connected.
your coil is bad replace with new on
Nissan Rogue 2008 does not use power steering fluid so you will not find a reservoir for that. Rogue's power steering is operated my electric motors.

The power steering fluid reservoir is up on the passenger side wheel well in the engine bay. Looks like a short fat silver coke can with hoses coming out of it. Secure the power steering pump with the retaining bolts. Attach the power steering hose to the power steering pump. Put the belt on to the power steering pump. Fill the power steering system with fluid.
To insure that the power steering hose can route properly, the hose needs to be an exact replacement. The hoses are under pressure, tighten the connections snug but not too tight to prevent leakage.
