I would never recommend a quick loss. If this is what you want to do you can do a fat loss jump start by doing a 1-2 day raw juice fast. The first day is spring water and lemon. The second day is raw vegetable juice or fruit juice. This detox should get you well on your way to the 3 pound loss.
