the black line is your clutch hydro line, it's connected to the slave cylinder on your transmission. Most have a dust cap that you can pry off with a screwdriver, and all have a retaining clip that can be removed with screwdriver. Once clip is removed the "black line" should pull right out, unless it is corroded inside, then it may take some effort to pull out. A helpful tip is to jack the truck up pretty high, and use jack stands, that way you can gain better access.
