Take the truck to your local Chevy dealer and have them adjust the torsion bars to lift the front and then do a realignment. About 100 bucks. New torsion bar keys are not needed.
You have to drop it down or raise the bed to get to them. then it is just clamps

2001 5.3L Silverado, the crankshaft sensor is located behind the start, you have to remove the start to get access too. Raise the vehicle and remove the right front wheel, drop the start and move forward a little bit, this will expose the sensor, have fun...

It is inside of the fuel tank, You will have to drop the tank down are raise the bed up to remove it from out of the top of the tank.
raise the front up high and drop the engine and trans together out the bottom
Yes you can Adjust the torsion bar to raise it. I did this on my 1 ton Chevy to raise the front end. I had an alignment right after and it has worked great ever since.
Remove - battery cable Raise and support vehicle Disconnect wiring harness at top of starter Remove starter mounting bolts Remove starter
It is INSIDE of the fuel tank. You will need to drop the tank are raise the bed up to service the fuel pump. YOUR CHOICE.
You will have to remove the fuel tank are raise the truck bed up to get to the top of the fuel tank. The fuel filter is inside of the fuel tank and it will come out of the top of the tank.
You can either remove the bed/raise the bed up. And remove it from the top of the tank. Are you can just drop the fuel tank and then take it out of the tank that way.
Turn the adjusting bolts.
