You can remove worms from your autorun.inf file by following these steps:
1 Download and install the Malwarebytes on your computer.
2 Update your Malwarebytes.
3 Scan your computer for all the malwares in your computer.
4 Remove everything that Malwarebytes found while scanning with the malwarebytes.
5 Restart your computer.
Scan your computer with anti virus software, if you don't have any download some (I recomend AVG free edition).

Editing the file. ReWriteing the file. Modding the file. Many names can be used. But if you are talking about editing the file in a way to make it do things it shouldn't this would be called: Cracking the file. Hacking the file. Exploiting the file.

Depends where the worms are. If they are in your soil outside worms actually enrich that and you shouldn't remove them. However if ur talking about worms you can find in your body then yes they are bad because worms like the tape worm eat your food and grow inside you intestines....
