It depends on how badly the molding is damaged as to if it can be repaired. Usually the molding would have to be replaced.

I would recommend J B Weld or Araldite for this.
To reattach the molding on the outside of your car you need to visit your local auto repair store. They will have some form of adhesive to help reattach the molding.
You can cut the wavy piece away and at Pep Boys there used to be black molding strips for a couple of bucks and you can trim to fit and does a good job. The wavy molding is attached to the window so the whole assembly would have to be changed to fix the molding if you want OEM.
Epoxy will do that kind of repair.
You can't really repair the plastic on a car you have to replace the part. If you were to try and repair it you could use bondo but it wouldn't look as nice.
I had 2" crack on top of the radiator. I tried JB Weld and other similar putty but they did not work on plastic. I bought Permatex PermaPoxy™ 5 Minute Plastic Weld from Advanced Auto Parts for $7. It took 10 minutes to finish the job and it worked.

Remove the door trim panel and the mirror reinforcement panel. On power mirrors, unplug the electrical connector. Tighten the 3 nuts and reinstall. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You may not have to remove the panel. take the screws out of the door hanle to separate the inside door molding from the body then just pull he door molding off from multiple locations in a pattern around it.
