You have a misfire on Cyl # 7, this could be caused by any number of problems. First and foremost is to check the plug on that Cylinder. The easiest way to know if its the plug is to swap the #7 for one of the other plugs(obviously if it is craked then that is your problem and just replace it with a new one). Then disconnect your battery to clear the code. Test drive your vehicle till it comes back on, and check the code, if it is a different code i.e. P0305 for example, then it is a faulty or incorrectly gapped plug. If the same code comes back, then try swapping one of the wires, with the one on Cyl#7. Repeat same testing procedure. New code, then replace wires, if it is the same code then you need to test the coils. Swap the one on the left for the one on the right, test as before, new code replace coil. If after testing these things you still have the same code then you most likely will have to take it in to a professional repair facility, so they can test the injector on #7 (unless you feel up to doing a swap on this component yourself), check the compression to ensure its not low(requires head replacement, SELL VEHICLE EXPENSIVE REPAIR, or possibly bad ECU, also expensive.
