on dash buttons by speedo use them to scroll to desired action and one is to shut off running boards but if it is ruunning battery down you may need to unplug them until the motors can be replaced

How do you replace excursion running board bulbs?
you can't replace just the bulb itself. you have to replace the whole bulb and lens assembly and you have to get them from the dealership. they are somewhat expensive but there is no other solution that i know of.

Where is the air suspension control module on a 2002 Lincoln Navigator 4x4?
I don't know about on a navigator...but on my 05 Town Car the unit is behind the glove box. Unscrew the glove box screws and the box will pull out, revealing the control board behind it. Since manufacturers tend not to reinvent the wheel with each model, the Navigator >might< have it's in the same place. Hope that helps, good luck!

I own a 2003 Navigator and the code is located on the passenger side under the dash. I had to get down with my back on the floor board and I found it on a white sticker behind some wiring on the outerside towards the far right (passenger side). There was a 5 digit code. This is caused by a defective or misaligned door ajar switch. You need to get a wiring diagram and verify open-closed switch function of each individual sensor.
