(1) unplug all electrical connectors and carefully remove the halogen bulb. (2) remove the front bumper which will expose the lens mounting bolts/nuts (3) remove the headlight housing mounting bolts/nuts and remove the housing. (4) installation is the reverse of removal.
You have to replace the entire headlight assembly not just the cover.

pop the hood there should be 10 or 12mm bolts on top of each headlight assembly, this is right as you open the hood you cant miss them.
Changing a 2007 headlight bulb is very easy. You will need to open the hood and find the bulb at the corner of the headlight assembly. Then you will turn the bulb socket counter clockwise to remove. After the bulb is out, you will replace it with a new one and screw it back into the headlight assembly.
