The 2005-2007 Ford Five Hundred takes 24" driver side and 20" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades.
The 2000-2007 Ford Focus takes 22" driver side and 19" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades. The hatchback takes a 13" or 14" rear wiper and the station wagon takes a 10" or 11" rear wiper.

Purchase new blades from your local auto parts store and they will install them for free (and you get to see how it's done).
