Reset procedures are generally done by computer at a dealer or qualified service center with the correct computer controller connection. Most of the "home mechanic" testors available to regular consumers will not reset this. However, the problem may not be as simple as a 'reset'. Their are a few 'Recall' situations for certain Camry and Corolla model years. For example, a 1994 Corolla has a recall (Recall ID# 96V107000) that adds a plastic cover over an airbag sensor in the console box area and replaces the sensor if necessary. One exists for the Camry as well. Your best bet is to check to see what, if any recalls are out there for your vehicle at http://www.recalls.gov.

When a car is being inspected, it cannot have the airbag light on. The light can be reset by an OBDii scanner, that will clear the code causing the problem or by disconnecting the battery for 30+ minutes.
There is no real reset procedure. The problem needs to be diagnosed and repaired, when it is properly repaired the light will turn off by itself
When there is an issue with a vehicles airbag, the airbag light comes on. In order to reset it, the problem must be taken care of, and reset by a computer.
