remove pad from door, on the back remove the cover inside you will see slots with blue and red tags. The blue ones are set to allow the lock to slide freely and the red are your code, simply pull out a red one and swap with a blue one make sure the large cut away on the tag faces the outside edge. Some locks require you to hold the c key in while changing.
