There are multiple was of doing this, including:
1. You can copy the photo to a memory stick, memory card, or removable hard drive and then copy from the storage device on the other computer.
2. You can email the photo to yourself. If you post an email with the attached photo, then you can open the email on the new computer.
3. You could use some sort of null modem cable or special networking cable to transfer between the machines using special software.
4. You can physically remove the hard drive from the one computer and place it in the other computer.
5. There are USB data transfer kits for copying data between machines.
