I am hoping that you mean that you have daily or weekly (or something along those lines) disposables. My contacts are daily-disposables. There is no special way to dipose of contacts. You just take them off and throw them into the garbage. No special bag or special procedures. Nothing of the sort.
Now of course, if you don't want to throw them out, and you are going to wear them again, you have to pour special solution into the sterile case they give you and place them in that. The cases and the solution should come w/ the contacts.
But please remember that, if you wear daily disposables, you really should throw them out. If you save them and wear them again, it can cause infections in your eyes. The daily disposables are specifically designed for one day use (8-10 hrs most of the time) just like the weekly ones are designed only for weekly use. Hope that this answer helps.
The first thing is to make sure your hands are clean as you'll be touching your contacts and eyes with them so wash them well. The next step will depend on whether you are wearing soft contact lenses or rigid contact lenses. Determine which you have and then check out the site in the related links area below. That should answer just about any question you have for removing your contact lens. Good luck!

You should always store them in a contact lens container before you put them in again. This should have some contact lens solution in it, to sterilize the lenses. If they are disposables, then just throw them away and then you can buy contact lenses online
