When I like a guy I tend to try to be around him a lot or find excuses to talk to him a lot. Also, I'll pay really close attention if someone mentions him in their conversation. I try to talk to his friends and be friends with his friends, because they might mention something about him and also because if I am hanging out with his friends, then we are in the same group, talking to each other. Sometimes, when I'm walking down the hall for example, I'll purposely brush up against his arm, just to see how he would react. Also, I'll ask for a pen or piece of paper or something along those lines, just for an excuse to talk to him.
