have you tryied ,the emergancy flashers.my 95 vic,had the same problem.found the problem in the e_switch had to pull steering coulm. the switch was bad replaced and every thing works hope this helps

On my 2001 sebring, my light lever is on the column. After turning on my lights, I gently twist the end portion of the lever out (toward the door) to get the fog lights on

Had the same problem. Exchange the LCM (Lighting Control Module), which is located under the steering column, togehter with the Mulitifunction Switch (turning lights, wiper control lever).
