You can add a little plain, organic yogurt or pumpkin (like unsweetened pumpkin pie filler) to it's diet. Also, I suggest eliminating grains, ESPECIALLY corn and wheat from it's diet, as that is one of the major causes. Dogs don't need it, and often can't digest it properly or are even allergic.
Depends on the chihuahua. Some can weigh as little as 4 lbs. and some can weigh as much as 14 lbs. A chihuahua is much like a human in that their genes have a large part in determining their size. My 7 year old chihuahua now weighs 7 lbs. and is and has always been very healthy and well cared for and loved.
If not a teacup chihuahua then around 2 to 3 lbs.
I know of one that weighs 35 lbs.
It depends on the type of Chihuahua you have but on an avg 3-8 lbs with the smaller being of the "toy" or "teacup" Chihuahua though they can be smaller or larger. A "standard" Chihuahua is usually between 6-8 lbs as far as I know though it does depend largely on the diet and dna composition of the animal.
it should not be more than 6 lbs.
