we'll from what i have heard when Pakistan was made it was a Muslim country.

kashmiri people were and are FULL Muslims and wanted to go to Pakistan there was a vote and most kashmiri wanted to go to Pakistan...India didnt like that so they didnt let kashmir go to Pakistan
